Addition: update figure role allowances closes #412 As discussed in w3c/dpub-aria#42 (comment), `doc-example` is a dpub variant of the `figure` role. This role being the same as `figure` but with the opportunity of being exposed as an "example" for its role description, needs to be an allowed role for the `figure` element.

Some of the text for the different platforms didn't align with what occurs in all browsers today (possibly there were variants in the past?) All mapping rows are now the same. `reversed` changes the list marker ordering (numeric or alphabetic) to be in reverse order, rather than starting with the lowest (1, A, etc) ordering marker.
