it would visit http://www.neopets.com/freebies/tarlastoolbar.phtml
if it says that she is busy with other chores, then it waits to visit again the next day
if it says that she is at the warehouse, then it would visit every 5-7 minutes until a prize is acquired
once the prize is acquired, it would put the prize in the sdb, and wait to visit again until the next day

It has been open for years... it's done, but I still didn't publish the all-in-one script.
