FAIL: 71: RPC_CALL_FAIL 400: FILE_ID_INVALID #812

Hello,
I have some issues downnloading audio

I start telegram by "./bin/telegram-cli -N -s scripts/Alarma.lua -k tg-server.pub"

I receive an audio:
1088 [01:27] XXXXXX >>> [audio: type=audio/ogg duration=9 size=23KiB]

I use: "view_audio 1088" or "load_audio 1088"

It says:
[0%Down]> and stay there.

Enabling verbose I have:

FAIL: 71: RPC_CALL_FAIL 400: FILE_ID_INVALID
What's the problem?
