popup中的日历，初次点击年月的切换无效 #54

看了源代码发现是在年份和月份的切换方法里面没有进行width的初始化，导致下面的日期无法进行滑动。解决办法就是在年份和月份的方法里面调用this.updateWidth()就解决问题了。截图如下
