Fetch fails for Fedora 41 due to swtich to zstd

Tried to Fetch fedora 41

What did you expect to happen?

OVALs pulled down from fedora repos

What happened instead?

Failed with "xz: invalid header magic bytes" because its expecting the use of xz compression, but Fedora moved to zstd from 41
