[Bug Report][3.7.2] When using v-menu and v-select together, v-select will not open when clicked if v-menu is open #20569

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.7.2
Vue Version: 3.5.12
Browsers: Chrome 129.0.0.0
OS: Mac OS 10.15.7

Steps to reproduce

Click menu activator button to open v-menu.
Click select button while v-menu is open.

Expected Behavior

v-menu closes and v-select opens.

Actual Behavior

v-menu closes but v-select does not open.
