Background

Data Retention/Aging can be implemented as workflows
Microsoft Flow recommended for simplicity, breadth of "connectors", UI, etc.
This story assumes that Initial Workflows Implementation in MS Flow #20 has been completed

Tasks

Develop flows
- Consider how to make this model-driven
- Preferably implement in metadata-/model-driven fashion
Enter test data needed for developing and testing flows
Periodically save MS Flow specs into version control so that they do not exist solely in MS Flow website and can be re-created quickly in a disaster scenario

Next Steps

Determine whether audit data must/should also be purged and what the requirements are
