Bug report

The official docs at https://vuepress.vuejs.org are down. The JS and CSS resources are in 404 status.

Go to https://vuepress.vuejs.org and see by yourself.

What is expected?

The site should be displayed correctly

What is actually happening?

No static resource is loaded and the site is displayed like this :

uninstall the service worker and refresh.
