Previously,
defineComponent()types were ported from@vue/composition-api, which has diverged from Vue 3 behavior over time.This PR re-aligns
defineComponenttype inference with Vue 3 as much as possible, includingmixinsandextendssupport. The main difference being that events declared viaemitswill not have correspondingonXXXprops because there is no such behavior in Vue 2.closes #12593
