Remove `volar.style.defaultLanguage`

Reasons:

Due to VSCode restrictions, you need to reload VSCode when changing this option, and the UX is not suitable.
May cause a serious problem. (#125)
Unless vue-tsc depend .vscode/settings.json by someway, otherwise Volar and vue-tsc behave inconsistently.

Unsupport `@vue-ignore`

May support "css.validate": false for replacement.

Reasons:

@vue-ignore is temporary method to handle postcss errors before Volar support postcss, but now already support postcss.
This is not an official specification, avoid fragmentation.
Has some complexity for vue-tsc support.
