Steps to reproduce & screenshots

1. pnpm build in packages/foo
2. pnpm dev in apps/bar
3. Open the browser & the Vue devtools.
4. Check the inspector for the HelloWorld component.

What is expected?

It correctly detects the that component emit is declared.

What is actually happening?

It doesn't.
