Router problem / using Laravel vue gulp-elixir #3

I have a problem and don't know where it comes from.

I have no error when compiling my code and when I open the site.

When I load the page Vue is trying to replace the html code for "" with the Component but then he set nothing instead.

And i have a second question is it buggy to use hash Routing ?
I have set it in the router config but he don't use it.
