Fix syntax highlighting for strings with double-colons #278

Strings with double colons in them are now highlighted correctly (GitHub may render incorrectly):

Hotstring("::ykhis", "you know how it is")
Hotstring(":C:OOS", "out-of::-spec")

code with correct highlighting
