Stickers appears to still use UTC in the fileName instead of local time which is also inconsistent behavior with Prints.

I'm pretty sure this is due to nekros custom.js file not making use of getPrintLocalDate
Edit: It's 100% a bug but changing it this late will cause all images to be re-downloaded, will need to revisit this at a later date if we can come up with a way to de-dupe images.
