Can I make wedges or slopes with JMX?

JMX is still limited in the same ways the vanilla JSON models are. All faces start aligned to a block side and can be rotated only in certain directions. So while you could perhaps make a slope or wedge, you'll probably get better results using the Fabric Rendering API directly, or wait for some of the other options to be ready.
