Waiting page and notification for program publication

Issue:
Currently, there is no "waiting page" before a pre-program or program is published.

Proposed solution:
Introduce a waiting page to inform the user that the program is not yet available.
Going further:

• It would be interesting to offer a feature to organizers enabling them to create a customizable waiting page with, for example, a countdown to the publication of a program.
• Notify participants automatically of program availability.

Assess technical feasibility.
Design a simple interface for organizers.
Implement a notification system.
This proposal aims to improve communication between organizers and participants.
