To reproduce, switch to complete offline mode.

Then :

Try to favorite a talk : in my case, the favorite was enabled - disabled - enabled - disabled - enabled after clicking it once
Try to rate a talk: submitting feedback at step 2 is impossible (and if you cancel, your feedback is then considered as submitted)

All of this looks weird to me
