Debug VxAdmin Rich Printer Status

Sometimes the rich printer status will not be available in VxAdmin and it will just show "Connected." In these cases, printing is still fine. The problem is that we're not getting rich status through the IPP server. Once it starts failing, I think it can take a restart to fix. It always works initially, though.
