The WiFi NVRAM files brcmfmac43430-sdio.txt and brcmfmac43455-sdio.txt have been updated to improve BT coexistence. See RPi-Distro/firmware-nonfree/pull/2.

The Raspberry Pi 3B+ Bluetooth firmware file BCM4345C0.hcd (sha1: fe78067aa9176d5f3e5896f021a98fcf25045bbf) has also been updated to enable BT 4.2 functionality.

The rpi-firmware package source (Arch Linux ARM) hasn't updated the NVRAM and BT files yet. Maybe Raspbian[1][2] should be used as the source instead.
