DSC for Creating VM ?

Do you have on your roadmap to create DSC for VM ?

Hi, thanks for asking.

It's not in the roadmap yet but the roadmap is driven by requests.

Can you share more about the use-case you have?
Do you need to create a VM from scratch?
Do you need to manage/monitor the VM settings (memory, cpu, disk)?

Os customization as dsc resources, also new vm with or without us customization, if not plugin is enable then add , remove cpu (I don't know if the last one supported) if it not pass the test a write-warnning showing the diff.
Vm Network checking, uefi checking, secure boot checking, disk size is correct, number of disk is correct, location where the disk store on datastote.

This will be a good start.
