[Bug]: How can I run VLLM serving without an internet connection? I tried setting the global variable but it still trying to connect to huggingface #8458

You should set the HF_HUB_OFFLINE environment variable. If this doesn't work, please show your code.

@bzr1 what version of vLLM are you using? There was a regression related to this in 0.6.1, which is fixed in 0.6.1.post1: #8376
