Release a 'stable' version of the game

I think so the others can play around we should release a 'stable' version. Something that has most gameplay already added so others can get a sense of the game. Issues that need to be fixed before are:

• Parts of Add SFX #19
• Add a pause menu #63
• Optimize game #73
• Add multiple starts #74
  After this point we should switch development pull requests to a 'dev' branch so we can batch commits to the master branch in one big pull request.

Also, this should have .exe and .app files available so people who don't want to run a python file can play the game.

@Graphcalibur can you compile a version for mac/linux? I'll try but I'm gonna need to find access to a mac.
