QuotaExceededError on some videos

Hi,

The library is throwing the following error when using with some videos. It stops playback, and it is impossible to resume the video unless the whole webpage is reloaded, and playback is started again from the beginning :

SourceBuffer append failed "QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute 'appendBuffer' on 'SourceBuffer': The SourceBuffer is full, and cannot free space to append additional buffers.

Any tips or advice on how to solve this issue would be greatly apprecitated.
