Voice recognition without the recognizer's UI

Yes, Google Voice Recognition takes over the interface after clicking on the button for voice recognition

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like the google interface not to show.

Ideally, it should behave like Whatsapp voice messages, user will have to hold down the button while speaking, once released, the sound then gets processed by the voice recognizer and our script ends up with the recognized text.
