Library not loaded

Hi, I am trying to make a build of my app on my own device, but it crashes all the time. Error states that this library is not loaded.
It doesn't matter whether I put into "Link binary with libraries" or not.

Do you have any ideas where I am wrong?

P.s. it is my first build and probably the solutions is obvious for you, but not me yet.
