Roles for acmeair as a demo #19

Just like the flux demo, provide roles for the work by @aspyker porting Acmeair to the @Netflix stack.

This is the most complete of the example applications, and should help push things forward implementing this. The main challenge will be identifying any WebSphere specific bits and determining what to do about them.

For some time we have had versions that aren't tied to WebSphere/IBM. I'd encourage you to steal from the Dockerfile builds we've recently done. With an easy env.sh change you can tell it to only run the Tomcat and Cassandra versions (and it wouldn't take much to change buildimages to avoid building the WebSphere Liberty ones).
