argo-cd app not found

I am trying to find the application which manages itself inside the repo but it's not found under production folder. Where are you maintaining it ? In your demo you just applied directly using kustomize directly using Kubectl. But I do not see the app which manages argocd itself. Would you kindly please guide me if I am missing something here

I had to remove the Gist with all the commands. Quite a few things changed in Argo projects since I created the material and it stopped working. I'll do my best to recreate it.
