  1. Tracking carbon on purchases
  2. Limiting purchases based on quotas - e.g. transportation, food purchases etc

A quick search reveals a personal carbon quota proposalby the greens party in Norway, and carbon tracking tech provided by fiat payment networks.

Will add data as I hear about it.
