BUG 1.3.3 version - copy from local broken

After updating to version 1.3.3 every copy from local ends with error:

Severity: FATAL, Message: No data files to load

Lib can't find file to copy but file exists. Previous version work correctly.

Hello. We use vertica 10.0 and dbt 1.3 (which use vertica-python) with this code https://github.com/vertica/dbt-vertica/blob/master/dbt/include/vertica/macros/materializations/seeds/helpers.sql#L65

@barloc Thanks, this is a bug introduced in 1.3.3, sorry for any inconveniences. For now, please use 1.3.2 and wait for next release; or upgrade your server to v23.3.0.
