The link between a modeldata instance and a gee dataset is to complicated. To simplify this:

Each modeldata instance is linked to ONE gee dataset. This is done as an attribute in the init
Mapinfo is only limited to this dataset
remove the modeldata modelname because this is confusing
remove the get era5 method. Only the get modeldata is relevant.
remove all occurrences of mapname.
