I've been looking over the examples, all of them, and they leave a lot to the imagination when it comes to setting up env variables.
The setup I have is basically:
a few frontend app
one node app.
Some packages
Cypress testing framework.
I want to be able to set a flag to TESTING, so that most apps and packages build slightly different. Most things are connected so using a root level env makes sense to me, but this could be due to in-experience.
How would you set this up? I'm curious about all level package.json, .env.x, turbo.json
