Should unstable_getStaticProps support HMR in dev? #8845

Modifications to unstable_getStaticProps do not cause the development page to refresh.

When this method is edited should we reload the entire page so we can see the new value? Or is it expected that you need to refresh the page?

No, require manual refresh for now.
