Describe the bug
The net total in the Order detail view of the Admin UI does not take quantity into account, see screenshot:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add an item to order with quantity > 1
Look at Order detail view

Expected behavior
Should multiply the net unit price by the quantity.

@vendure/core version: 0.5.0
