Linux (Debian8.4) Close previous project files and restore open project files not working.
Example:

Switch to Project A
Open FileA.HTML, FileA.txt
Switch to Project B
FileA.HTML, FileA.txt still open.
Open FileB.html
Close FileA.txt
Switch to Project A.
FileA.HTML, FileB.HTML still open.
