Emacs OOMs with pdf-tools on Arm32, Android 6.

Hello, everyone.

I know that this is a very unusual setup, but I am enjoying it so much that I think that I'd ask everyone for help resolving a minor issue in it.

So, I'm running a not-yet-reased Emacs on Android 6, with poppler from Termux.

Both apps are re-signed with the android test key in order to be able to run each other.

I am describing how to replicate this setup in my howto, even though it's a bit involved.

The problem is that Emacs OOMs.

On Android 6, Emacs sometimes OOMs when there are too many images in a buffer, but pdf-view-mode works just fine, I've tried it on PDFs with hundreds of pages. Doc-view-mode uses ghostscript.

But pdf-tools makes emacs oom, even though I've managed to sort of push it a little further by disabling cache and trying imagemagick.

Does anyone have an idea how this can be fixed? Is there and switch to turn off even more caching? Or maybe a poppler build switch?
