Viewing reaction details UI fails to switch between multiple reactions #1552

Steps to reproduce

  1. Find a message with multiple reactions on it
  2. Long tap a reaction to see who reacted when to what
  3. Select a different reaction to see who reacted with that emoji from the palette at the top of the card
  4. Nothing happens; card shows the old list of users
  5. Select the original emoji from the palette; nothing happens
  6. Try the second emoji again; this time the card updates.
