Placeholder in notifications is rendered upside down

Steps to reproduce

1. Receive a notification from a room or a dm without an avatar
2. Check the sender icon

Outcome

What did you expect?

Should be the placeholder exactly as it is in app

What happened instead?

Instead is upside down and the color does not match

This is likely caused by the fact that the image renderer GPU context is inverted on device, while is not on simulator, we have some code in the old El-iOS app that already addressed this issue and fixed it.
