Implement the contents for the Threads Beta feedback form, so that we can add a bit more useful context and set the right expectations for things that are still in the works.

It looks very similar to the Figma comp, only differences I see are

• tooltip positioning (tech debt)
• Threads Beta feedback dialog

The latter we can change trivially but it'll also affect the search & spaces feedback dialogs.
