Steps to reproduce

  1. filter the home tab
  2. change tab to favs or something
  3. be very confused that the tab is empty, with no apparent filter selected
  4. realise that the homepage filter now affects all tabs, despite there being no UI on a tab to tell you as much

filters should only affect the thing they filter
