alpha, the exponential melt factor for viscous relationship, appears with slightly different names in different places. should clean that up and make it clearer what is used where:
Params_Anelastic.m: includes a melt_alpha, which is only used by the psp_ methods (and maybe xfit_mxw)
Params_Viscous.m: HK2003 and HZK2011 use 'alf' while xfit_premelt uses 'alpha'
