I don't know if anyone sells it, but you can easily make a PCB or SMT with JLCPCB/PCBWAY. I made it 2 years ago. I can create a gerber file + BOM if you want.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, sure, but by the time I have done that and bought components with minimum orders etc, it starts to get a little pricy. I was wondering if you or someone else had done that and was selling them on for a small profit.

Never mind if not. Do you happen to have info on the EEPROM change needed to swap the UART and JTAG ports on the FT2232H?
