No details are seen of User B on request in app CTA when User B has requested an amount and User A has not saved the phone number of User B in device

Repro on build version: iOS Test Flight build V 1.42.0, Android Internal Release build V 1.42.0 , iOS Appstore build V 1.41.0. Android Playstore Build V 1.41.0
Repro on device version: iPhone 12(14.7.1), iPhone 13mini (15.1.1), Google Pixel 2XL(11.0) , OnePlus 7T (11.0), Google Pixel 4a(12.0)

Pre-condition:
1] User must have downloaded mainnet application
2] User must have completed onboarding process'
3] User must have created a new account / Restored an account
4] User must be on homepage
5] User must have some funds in the account
6] User A must have not stored User B contact number locally in the device
7] User A must not have any other pending requests in app CTA's

Repro Steps :
1] Ask User B to request some amount to User A by entering Phone number / selecting a contact
2] Tap on request button
3] Now observe request CTA on User A device

Bug :

• There is no proper detail of user B on the inApp CTA received for requesting amount
• It only shows requested with amount and default profile picture

Expected Behavior :

• It should show number of the User B who has requested the money on User A requested CTA

Investigation:

• If User B has requested amount multiple times then User B number is seen on User A received inApp CTA's with phone number displayed
• If User B has requested money and User A has stored the contact , then User B name is seen on the CTA
• If we kill the app and relaunch then it shows phone number / account address
