With gmail, while the username is limited to 64 characters, I was able to send emails successfully to addresses with username+alias exceeding 64 characters. And some people might wanna register to some apps with their aliased email.
Should these addresses be considered as valid? (As long as username doesn't exceed 64 and username+alias@domain doesn't exceed 254)
It seems this library currently compares username+alias against 64 instead

From this thread I read that username of an email maximum length is 64, and the email maximum length is 254 (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/386294/what-is-the-maximum-length-of-a-valid-email-address)
But how about aliases that people can add after the user name? Such as [email protected] (https://gmail.googleblog.com/2008/03/2-hidden-ways-to-get-more-from-your.html)
