Summary

Ensure availability of N machines in a specific availability zone
- with specific CPU / RAM / Disk (size of root mount point) minimums per machine
- within a specific resource pool (OPTIONAL)
- having certain label(s) (OPTIONAL)

Expectation: validation should fail if N machines meeting the specs are not Ready.
