## Description Intended to use #147 to release 0.0.11 but we use squash merging into `main` with the PR title and description used for the new squashed commit, and "Release-As: 0.0.11" was not in the PR description. This PR's description will result in the release working. Release-As: 0.0.11 Signed-off-by: Matt Welke <[email protected]>

Description
This will ensure that when version 0.0.11 is published by release-please, no one ever accidentally uses the corrupt versions.
Also, commit messages in this PR also should cause release-please to choose 0.0.11 as the next version it releases.
