Whenever there is a dependency of type POM, flow-maven-plugin produces the following error:

Execution default of goal com.vaadin:flow-maven-plugin:1.0.0.rc5:copy-production-files failed: Failed to retrieve file ‘META-INF/resources/webjars/’ from jar ‘.m2/repository/path/to/dependency/artifact.version.pom’: error in opening zip file
