[FEATURE] Permanent notification for runtime of task

Would it be possible to add the option to enable a notification to appear, except it's one of those conditional notifs on Android where it cannot be cleared away by swiping, and only clears away after something happens (which in this case, would be specifically when the respective task ends)?

This would be another thing you could toggle with a checkbox on a per-task basis
