csm_camera plot y-axis labels

The y-axis labels include too many sigfigs for scientific notation. I think we can round to 2 decimal places here.
Also, maybe revisit the y-axis ticks - for very small values, I'm not seeing any minor ticks. Maybe something in how the shared y-axis limits are being set/updated.
