After ticket created from wordpress customer panel so on uvdesk saas showing admin name instead of customer name

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login with wordpress helpdesk app on customer side

Step 2: Now check on the saas uvdesk here in this ticket customer name not showing like others ticket created from customer panel:

On saas uvdesk helpdesk:

On wordpress helpdesk:

Possible Solution:

If we have created ticket form customer panel so here should be shown the customer name only:
