On wordpress customer panel: Here on ticket list page should be shown the closed and spam status also

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Login with wordpress customer panel

Step 2: On ticket list page not showing all statuses, here should be shown also closed and spam status:

Possible Solution:

Check on the saas uvdesk panel:
